Pre-Owned Laptop Warranty Certificate

This is to certify that the pre-owned laptop purchased from LAPPY TAPPY is covered under a limited 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Period:
• Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
2. Coverage Includes:
• Hardware malfunctions (motherboard, processor, RAM, , ports.)
• Functional issues not caused by user mishandling
3. Warranty Excludes:
• Physical damage, accidental drops, or liquid damage
• Battery and adapter (unless otherwise specified)
• Software issues, viruses, or OS corruption
• Damages due to power surges or unauthorized repairs
4. Claim Procedure:
• Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice.
• Any defect should be reported to LAPPY TAPPY within the warranty period.
• Devices will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
• Warranty repairs may take 3–7 business days.
5. Void Warranty:
• Tampering, opening, or repairing the device by an unauthorized technician.
• Misuse, negligence, or use contrary to the product’s intended purpose.
